Yarn Selection: Our experienced team meticulously sources high-quality yarn, ensuring the strength, texture, and color consistency that form the foundation of exceptional fabrics.

Warping & Sizing: The yarn is prepared for weaving by carefully arranging the threads lengthwise in a process called warping. Subsequently, a protective coating is applied through sizing, ensuring the threads can withstand the weaving process without breaking.

Weaving: Our state-of-the-art Japanese and Toyota looms take center stage. Here, the warp threads are interlaced with the weft (crosswise) threads with remarkable precision, creating the desired fabric structure. This intricate dance of threads forms the heart of our craft.
